The Gelliondale Wind Farm Project Public Environment Report (PER) for EPBC assessment 2023/09577 has been approved for publication and release for comment in instructions received from National EPA on October 2, 2026.
We have prepared a draft Public Environment Report (PER) to assess the Project in relation to the following matters protected under Part 3 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act):
- Ramsar wetlands (sections 16 & 17B)
- Listed threatened species and communities (sections 18 & 18A)
- Listed migratory species (sections 20 & 20A)

The public comment period is for 20 business days concluding on 27 November 2026 at 5pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Time).
